no words to describe how impactful this experience was but it’s already changing my life in the most beautiful way. I’ve always seen the people I’ve photographed through this larger than life lens but it was deeply moving to see it being reflected in a tangible way. thank you sweet Anna & Oliver + everybody at @galeriekernweine for producing + installing for being so kind but most importantly preserving my story in such a genuine manner. My art was honored and celebrated in a space where historically it wouldn’t have been and although this has never been my goal, it felt welcoming and loving.
