October set to be a crazzzyyyy monthhh!!! So much been going on the past few months and it feels like lately with the shifting seasons and post-deadline crash the come down has been real. I’ve not been feeling super great or very balanced the past few weeks but am taking a moment to reflect on achievements & hype up what’s coming up and trying to ride one last energy wave before hibernation really sets in. Reflecting on having graduated with an MA from @royalcollegeofart, celebrating 30th birthdays, marriage and life of the close friends all through the summer, sharing important moments with family and being involved in soo many amazing projects! Working with @sinforvictory on the graphic elements for their turner prize nominated project opening at @tateliverpool 20th October, on the merch for the current @eyecheng exhibition with @lightartspace, having the pleasure to work with @taishani in the lead up to her monumental show opening next week on the 6th October, Then to having my own work represented by @sadeenglish @anticlone.gallery both online and at the upcoming exhibiton at William Blake House opening on the 12th October, exhibiting work at @154artfair with @pacheanneanderson @pacollectorsclub opening on the 13th October... Also working towards on 2 upcoming events with @prim.black - a performance with @mama.yoyoreturns at @nowgalleryse10 on the 20th October & the visual identity for a verryy special temporary book shop that’s being announced on Monday running 13-16 October.. Soo muchh. It’s so enriching and inspiring to be making such magic with such amazing people but boi is that rest needed. Please come through and check out the work and share what ya’ll got going on. Now I’m back in the real world and out of study the discussions & sharing is super important to keep on uplifting ourselves and each other ♥️ Also massive thank you to everyone for the support, love and care personally & professionally - it means so much and nothing is possible without it and especially when so much around is broken and harmful it’s a real fucking necessity.
