Homemade Protein Banana Bread🍌🍞
using @pescience Multi-Purpose Protein
code 'MADDIE' to save
ingredients:
- 3 overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup @pescience Multi-Purpose Protein
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup crushed walnut topping (optional)
- chocolate chip topping (optional)
directions:
1. preheat oven to 350°
2. combine mashed bananas with melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and mix.
3. sprinkle baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix.
4. add flour, protein and mix.
5. pour mix into greased pan
6. top with crushed walnut and chocolate chips (optional)
7. bake for 50 minutes
8. cool for 10 minutes
9. serve and enjoy!
