despite my obsessive compulsive tofu disorder i must admit i’ve been big into tempeh lately???? some sauces just hit diffy on tempeh i.e. chimichurri i.e. @bitchinsauce that being said thursday is national tofu day and i’m so excited i might not be able to sleep the next 2 nights. call me crazy u would be right • chimichurri tempeh arugula w/ apple cider vinaigrette murasaki sweet pots w/ tahini how i made the chimichurri tempeh: - slice ur tempeh into cubes/strips - pan fry over medium heat in a bit of olive oil until browned - lower heat and mix w/ chimichurri or alternative sauce of ur choice until thoroughly coated and heated simple as that y’all enjoy
