1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 cup shallot, chopped
2 large pork sausages
1 tsp spicy paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Toppings:
1/2 Avocado
1 fried egg
1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
🥣 Instructions:
1. In a large sauté pan, over medium-low heat, add olive oil, chopped shallots, minced garlic, and let it cook for 1 minute or until softened while stirring occasionally. Then add bell peppers, spicy paprika, black pepper, and salt. Sautee until well combined and let it cook for 5 minutes.
2. Serve with a sunny side egg, chopped tomatoes, half an avocado, and garnish it with freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
