The program is also aimed at building wealth in the Black and Hispanic communities. The program will offer mortgages that require: ✅ NO Downpayment ✅ NO Closing costs ✅ NO minimum credit score requirement Instead, Buyers will be evaluated on their payment history (i.e. rent, utility, phone, insurance, etc.) The trial program will be offered in Black and Hispanic communities in Dallas, Detroit, my home town Los Angeles, Miami, Charlotte, and North Carolina.
