“RELEASE” - a piece curated and performed by Caden Henson This moment honestly meant everything to me. Since the start of the year I feel as though I’ve been faced with constant set backs and obstacles whether with my health, anxiety, or insecurities. Often overthinking and being barraged by different thoughts, worries, and fears I started to become so caught up in my efforts to control the future that I was missing out on living in and enjoying the present. This piece for me represents a release of the negative energy and weight that I’ve been holding onto and an acceptance of the growth and prosperity that lies before me.
