Good news before Christmas! NSW will hit its current target of halving emissions from 2005 levels by 2030, but in the following five years the state is set to make even bigger gains in reductions. Treasurer @mattkeanmp announced this morning the new goal of a 70 per cent reduction by 2035. The race to the top on climate in NSW is real and heating up. Pretty cool news for climate 🤙.
