First paddle back! Almost 10 weeks post opp. Felt so good to be back on a board and rolling the shoulders over again! Been enjoying the battle within the recovery process. Focusing on the 1% everyday. Not long now till I’ll be back in the water 🤞💪🧘‍♂️ 🏄‍♂️
