Sound Lab aims to remove the frontier between the public and the artist, where senses and energies that we may seek for in the current cultural stage collide. Various musical styles will be showcased with, as a common essence, a musical awakening. - About the artists: Youmna Saba - @youmnasaba Youmna Saba (Beirut, 1984) is a musician and musicologist whose current research focuses on the musical dimension(s) of the Arabic language, as a tool to generate new methods of working with electronics. Youmna holds a master’s degree in Musicology, focusing mainly on the parallels between classical Arabic music and Arabic visual art. - Kid Fourteen - @kidfourteen Kid Fourteen is the solo moniker of Khodor Ellaik, a Lebanese musician and songwriter with a unique style mixing Pop, Post Punk, Noise, & Electronic Music.
