Embracing Black cowboy culture is one of my favorite parts of moving to the south. It’s something I didn’t even know existed growing up in Rhode Island. I am in awe of how comfortable these men and women are with such powerful, majestic creatures, and how proud and dedicated they are to this way of life — rooted in love and legacy.
