soft girl era 🩰🛁🤍 i’ve been seeing an acupuncturist to help regulate my hormones, and one thing that she said about me is that I am very tapped into my masculine energy and not as much in my feminine energy. I think it’s so easy to get wrapped up in hustle culture and have a million things to do but we don’t realize how harmful it is on our bodies to be in a constant state of stress. I’m actively trying to slow down and decompress and my mornings and evenings. I’ll keep you guys updated on how it goes 🥹🤍
