This week has been tough, both physically and mentally, after a DNF in London last Saturday. I’m struggling with a glute/hamstring problem since Valencia marathon last December and the diagnosis of this problem is still not clear. It really affected my confidence and trust in my body as I can finish good weeks of training week in week out.
