Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino at different spiciness levels, just to find options for everyone. 😊 I actually love the combination of three different spicy peppers, each own offer a certain aromatic profile! Start by frying 3-4 cloves of garlic with 3 tbs EVOO and 1⁄2 sliced jalapeno pepper. When the garlic is turning slightly yellow stir in 2 tbs chopped parsley and 1 cup pasta cooking water. If heat isn’t enough stir in red pepper flakes to your taste. Drain spaghetti 2-3 minutes ahead of time and finish in the skillet over high heat. Add more Italian parsley and serve.
