Last week I ran a drawing workshop as part of “GROUNDED” presented by @kittyshukman with @nikelondon It was a day of calm; teaching exercises like breathwork with @breathbynathan, followed by lunch courtesy of @healgoblin magical powers. Finished with a sound bath by @francesca_secolonovo_wellness For my part we drew to music, as a way of boosting line confidence. Inspired by Ellsworth Kelly’s plant drawings. Travelling further distances across the page than feels comfortable. We drew to Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams then UFO by ESG, to vary the marks on the page.
