we have one more class with Melissa Lewis Wong @lemelissa 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 May 10 2-4pm @bandaloopstudios emptiness practices’ it is an all-levels class about exploring the intersections of spiritual practice and what it feels like to have a body that can do stuff. i feel like i’m braiding together lots of things i’ve learned over my lifetime and i’m so excited to have the opportunity to ask some big questions of whoever shows up, but also guide and shape this time in a thoughtful way. there will be some warming up, some voice/sound, some meditation, some writing, maybe a lipsync/simple *dance* phrase/improv? plus a rest zone to just observe. assorted keywords: bruce lee / empty your mind, bubble bursting, grief, big/little, being with what’s there.
