Don’t get me wrong, I’m still slightly flared-up. But I feel GOOD. I feel like I have better control over my #eczema. I feel less itch and therefore I’m scratching less. Part of healing is ACCEPTING that you will flare-up. So this time around, I accepted it, I cried it out, I made sure I gave myself time to rest, and I took BABY action steps to still feel like I was accomplishing something.
