I’m very happy to be able to share another ballet class over on @balletclassdotcom! This time I made a “basic” class but basic isn’t always easy!! I was actually surprised by how difficult long and simple barre combinations can be when really focusing on placement and trying to make every little muscle work correctly 😅 I went into film it thinking, this should be fun, a nice basic class... by the end I felt thoroughly worked!!!
