I agree with Dr. Mono Gohara and Dr. Rosemaire Ingleton that your secretions will NOT attract other humans. I also agree that if you have a STI that I would refrain from touching other areas of the body to decrease the spread. More importantly what was not highlighted is that vaginal microbiome has a unique ecosystem of bacteria and fungi that keep it healthy and thriving. In addition the pH of the vagina is completely different from the pH of other areas in your body. If it is disrupted there is an increased risk of infections such as Bacterial Vaginosis, HPV, STI etc. Make sure to see your OB/GYN annually. Obviously DO YOU. Just wash your hands and do not do this while you are on your period.
