Moved back to home at long last and unboxing some Christmas decorations... Feeling suddenly a lot more festive! The winter chapter is possibly my favourite, with Kim’s rich comfort food and lots of candlelight. This is northerner Kim’s Christmas feast that features mushy peas with roast.
