This is going to fundamentally alter the EPA’s powers in ways that could make it very difficult for the Biden administration — or any future administration — to abandon the much weaker policies that Trump imposed in place of the Clean Power Plan. Now that the EPA will be limited in how it can address the problem of power plant pollution, which could lead to inefficiencies in tackling this contributor to global warming and could prolong the life of polluting facilities - ultimately worsening the climate crisis and its detrimental impacts on communities. I am beyond devastated on this decision because it’s clear that this Supreme Court doesn’t see us as people, while single-handedly getting rid of freedoms and making it easier for companies/corporations to destroy the planet. This is why it’s so important to keep up the pressure and to continue to use our voices... only if we are to organize will we win. 🌎
