Gooood morning!!! ⚔️🔥✨⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ▪️🏰⚔️ Well todays caption is gunna be a bit different as this is the first image NOT for a client in... a long long long time. Cause in frame is me: Chris.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Today is about An Ethereal Fire. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ✔️ As of a few days ago, this account has existed for a YEAR!!! March 29th, 2021 I created this account in order to have a place to put my boudoir imagery and separate it from my wedding photography and fashion imagery over at @chriskphotos . ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⚫️ I started with this idea that I could bring fantasy into the boudoir scene in a way that was focused on the person IN the image, rather than the focus being on tantalizing the VIEWER of the image. I had no idea that a year later, I would quit weddings and define myself as a “Fine Art, Fantasy Boudoir Photographer”.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 🎨 I still define myself as a boudoir photographer, more than just a fantasy artist, because I believe the heart of boudoir photography is centered around creating imagery where someone gets to feel THE MOST like themselves. For some clients that means wings, a suit of armor, 2 swords, and a flowing cloak, while for others it means wearing nothing at all. Both forms of expression (and EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN) are completely valid, and I love that they exist. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 📸🔥 Idk how to transition this well, but my manager says i have to talk about myself which I’m not good at 💀⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ... so here’s a few quick fun facts about me;⁣ ⁣ ⁣ • I am red/green colorblind⁣ • My first name is Luke. Christopher is my middle name and I use it because it’s way easier to say as a whole first and last name combo. Luke Koeppen vs Chris Koeppen.⁣ • I’ve loved fantasy since I was child, and more specifically King Arthur⁣ • I shot the first wedding to take place in Taco Bell and my images ended up in TIME magazine.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Ok that’s all for now.
