Here's what I used below for the Discs 👇🏼 180g thinly sliced baby potatoes (128kcals 3.2g protein) @calicalifoods Garlic and Herb Seasoning 10g Grated Parmesan (40kcals 3.3g protein) Spray Oil (20kcals) I sliced the baby potatoes quite thinly and left them sitting in cold ice water for 5 minutes. Lay some baking paper on a plate and spread the potatoes out, spray with oil, seasoning and parmesan.
