🌊⭐️ STARBURST SEA ⭐️ 🌊 Was feeling stress in my day and it’s funny, no matter how much this has become “work”, sitting down and creating is still my calm. It centers me like meditation or deep breathing. The world goes so quiet, my head does too. What needs to be done, what is on my shoulders, what is due, what emails need answered, what deadlines I’m on.. it all just goes quiet. I turn on music, breathe, blend, and just come back so renewed. 🖤 I hope I always have some sort of escape like this in my life. Maybe as I get older and wrinkled, it’ll become something else. But the more I go on in my life, the more I see that everyone needs something. Whether it’s cooking or crocheting. Reading or writing. Exercise or meditation. Find your calm and hold on to it.
