Oral Care Routine 🦷🪥 1. I oil pull for 20 minutes with Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil or Sesame Oil, I switch it up depending on the season 2. Tongue Scrape 3. Brush teeth with Essential Oxygen BR Organic toothpaste 4. I either floss or water pick 5.
