Tuesday’s are my Monday’s so it’s back to the basics GYM GYM GYM & more GYM!
Today was leg day!
Lifted:
20 reps plain bar
20 reps 5 pounds on each side.
15 reps 25 pounds
10 reps 35 pounds
7 reps 45 pounds
Leg Press:
No weights 10 each legs & 20 together.
4 10 pound weights 10 on each leg 20 together.
4 25 pound weights 4 on each leg 20 together
4 35 pound weights 4 on each leg 20 together.
4 45 pound weights 20 together.
Also stoped but this really dope boutique store in Brooklyn @savantvision purchased a super dope crew neck tee with a trucker hat, Genuinely enjoy supporting black on businesses.
Designer/Owner Mike was extremely nice!
