Taking these dahlias I’ve been growing @sisterhoodgardens to compete at the SF County Dahlia show in Golden Gate Park today! I made a few arrangements and put a few flowers up to compete in various categories. Check out the show tomorrow 10-5 and Sunday 10-4 and learn more about the official flower of San Francisco- you’ll be blown away by how many kinds of dahlias there are! I’ve been growing dahlias for just about a year while volunteering with @sfdahliasociety at the dell in golden gate park. I’ve been lucky to be growing some amazing tubers I got from @santacruzdahlias, @iriswall, and @marstongarden! #dahlias
