We sat down with @voguebusiness before launch to discuss how our company operates in our most transparent conversation yet. It makes a great read and over the coming weeks we’re going to be sharing a couple of insights. Learning From Failure. Everything we have done for the last three years comes from "pivot mode". In many ways, failing has allowed us to focus. When the first lockdown happened, we had tied all of our cash up into a new London store with a 7-year lease. When we temporarily closed our stores, and our wholesale business came crashing down, we wondered what we would do. Thankfully, within a few days, we focussed on delivering and launching products that we'd been speaking out for years. Within 12 months, we launched Algae Plump + B3, Earth Marine Water, Bio Restore Membrane and Acton's Lock - all of which are bestselling products today. 2020 taught us to listen, focus and engage - and those constraints kept us creating, iterating and evolving every day - so much so that it's now baked into our DNA.
