to make your own skillet, you’ll need: — 1⁄2 cup peanut butter — 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce — 1 1/3 cup oat flour — 1 tsp baking powder — 2 tbsp honey 👈🏻👈🏻 yep, that’s the only sugar in the whole skillet 👏🏻 preheat your oven to 350 F. mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. then, add together. fold in ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ for your mix ins. i did healthy marshmallows, chocolate chips, caramel pieces and almond butter cups. press the dough down flat into a skillet or round baking dish and then bake for 10 minutes. i served it up with tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. @hukitchen @beekeepers_naturals @bobsredmill @santacruzorganic @alecsicecream 🍪🍦
