I’m sure I’ve said this before, but I’ll just go ahead and say it again. Using a softbox or octabox as your background for a headshot is such a game changer! You can use just the softbox to create a pure white background, or you can throw a black v-flat in front of it to have a black background with the softbox creating rim lights. For this shoot with @christy_bashlor_realtor we did some shots with the white background but then decided to use different gels on tue black v-flat to create multiple looks that she can use for different marketing platforms. —> swipe through this post to see the different looks we shot in just a matter of seconds and also the exif data for the final shots.
