look what i made :) I’ve loved creating things since I was a kid, but these past few months I’ve aimed to consciously make more space for me to create with NO expectation (mainly art that requires my hands as a tool) & I can’t begin to tell you what it’s done for me mentally. Holding space for my mind to wonder/imagine has been the best reaffirmation that anything is possible. Try itttttt! (This technique is called punch needling. Extremely beginner friendly!)
