These shortbread have the most gorgeous peanut butter maple syrup caramel layer and finished with a marbled chocolate topping just like in this week’s technical challenge✅

Recipe as follows (makes 9).
◼️Ingredients
For the base
160g wholemeal flour
160g plain flour
110g golden caster sugar
220g dairy free butter
For the caramel layer
100ml coconut oil
180ml maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Generous pinch of salt
210g smooth peanut butter
For the topping
170g melted dark chocolate
15g melted coconut oil
70g melted dairy free white chocolate
