Over this past weekend I got engaged. Since I have met @hileinshenouda I have been following the current of love and seeing where it takes me. Which led to my getting on one knee on a sweltering Saturday and asking for her hand in marriage. I was nervous. But to see her face and to put the ring on her finger after she said “yes” was an exhilarating feeling. I’m not sure of it’s origins but it was powerful proclaiming that love and since then I’ve been floating. I thank the stars we found each other and I’m excited to have a wedding.
