How is this for a 6 week post surgery update?! This morning I put on my marathon shoes for the first time since my injury in November and went for a walk with no devices 😭 Definitely an emotional day for me. 🥺 I’m starting PT today since I got the clearance yesterday and the X-ray showed the bone looks great! I have some knee pain so I’m walking with somewhat of a limp but I know that is temporary! This has been a long 10 months. Thanks for following along in my journey to healing and being so supportive❤️‍🩹 I have the best friends and family and I’m so grateful.
