I had the amazing opportunity to model on WGN @wgnnews where they discussed Chicago Fashion Week and featured designs from one of my favs @_kingbrema @kingbofficial_ She will be showcasing her designs during Chicago Fashion Week @thechicagofashionweek at the Surround Sound of Fashion Show @ssofashion ✨ In her interview, Brema made a great point about the Chicago fashion scene, “we don’t have to feel like we have to leave our city to make it or feel like we’re achieving on our fashion careers” this resonates with me a lot because ever since I started modeling, the goal was to pursue my dreams in a different city, but i’ve realized this city has much more talent than we give ourselves credit for. Chicago models, designers and creatives are one of a kind. I’m happy I was able to realize that without having to leave my city. I’m excited for all the creative talent i’ll be witnessing this October during CFW.
