I’ve been on social media since 2012 and for the first time, my main account got suspended during my first commercial shoot yesterday. I usually don’t have many firsts 😏 but look at that contrast! Imagine the roller coaster of emotions I was filtering through from being elated to completely mortified in a matter of minutes knowing the platform you’ve been making money on for the past 10 years is gone. Will you worry about things you can’t control or rise to the occasion? Spiritual warfare or divine intervention? You really get a chance to see what you’re made of when your back is against the wall. As a creator, this has been my biggest fear and I’m here to tell you...I survived 😂😂😂 Whether I get it back or not, asking more than once is begging and you WON’T catch me doing that. I don’t think anyone knows how they’re going to make money for the next 20 years so my advice would be to live in the now because nobody has it all figured out. My biggest takeaway in this moment? I AM THE MAGIC IN WHICH MY SOCIAL MEDIA IS AN EXTENSION OF! Whether I have 5 followers or 5 million followers, me being me has always been enough and will continue to be enough. Question to think about: Who would you be if you were stripped of everything?
