My Future Dreams Family Yesterday I spent the day enjoying a ladies lunch at the stunning @thesavoylondon to celebrate both a 30 year partnership between @futuredreamscharity and @esteelaudercompanies, and a whole year of the Future Dreams House being open in London, welcoming breast cancer patients to spend time in their gorgeous space, creating such a wonderful support hub. It was an inspirational day with @gabyroslin being a fabulous host. The room was filled with emotion and love, and I was surrounded by so many wonderul women from the cancer community. I was also thrilled to have my portrait from @simonemmettstudio unveiled on the day alongside 11 other women, who were photographed for the exhibition earlier this year, and this was shown alongside an emotional video created on how much having the house means to us all, and seeing the impact the center has had on so many people is so wonderful. A huge congratulations to both the powerhouse who is @leanneperoofficial and my girl @nicknacklou for both receiving the humanitarian awards for their work they do within the cancer community. Very proud of you both. Future Dreams have been a brilliant support in my cancer journey and have become like family to me. I can't wait to see what the next 12 months brings for both the chairty and the house but I am excited about bringing more events to the house for those living with secondaries.
