Weekend project: orange 🍊and yogurt ciambella 🍩(bundt cake). Light, fluffy, citrusy, perfect for dunking! Here you go: INGREDIENTS 21/2 cups (375g) self-raising flour, sifted 1 cup (275 gr)caster sugar Finely grated zest and juice of 1 orange 3 eggs 1/2 cup thick, unsweetened yoghurt 1/3 cup (80ml) light olive oil METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C. Grease and flour a large bundt tin 2. Place eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until fluffy. Add oil and yogurt and mix well. Add zest and juice of 1 orange and combine. Add flour and mix well to combine. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40minutes or until golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. 4.
