Hello friends! We’ve been a bit heads down recently 😅😅 working through Dry January, capacity expansions, chilly fingies, blah, blah. You get it! Just wanted to check in to say hi and to introduce Jasmine Green 2.0. We’ve always used an exceptional, technicolor, multi-pressed Jasmine for our ferment and it’s always made for a super vibrant expression. Recently we decided to push that a bit - up the grade and cut the honey. So, Jasmine Green is now no longer a Jun. Frankly, the honey was getting in the way of the deep, gorgeous subtleties of this tea and the ferment that inflects it. Jasmine Green 2.0 is complex, floral as always, but creamier than before with big grassy undertones. Just so delightful. And check the updated label! As always, available for purchase on our website.
