Ten years ago I sold pretty much everything I owned and started driving North with my dog Tuf. That journey lasted 3 and a half years and led me to where I am today. A lot of stories came out of that time- most of which was spent hitch hiking and livin that drifter life... I’d cruise from town to town, play some music, hustle some darts, and bounce before I got bored (or til the sheriff ran me out 😬)... This is the only footage I’ve ever seen of me and Tuf busking from back then (shot by a stranger that then shared the video with me later on-thanks @mattheweshoo )! This is the first tune I ever wrote (called New Orleans). I had already been playin it for years but was trying out some new arrangement ideas at the time.
