Drink Recipe: 2 oz Mezcal 1 oz Orange Liqueur 1 oz Lime Juice 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice 0.5 oz Agave Syrup 1⁄4 tsp Xantham Gum Mango Add mezcal, orange liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, agave syrup, xantham gum and mango to a blender. Add ice and blend. Dip your glass with chamoy and roll rim in Tajin. Pour chamoy at bottom of glass, then pour mixture into glass.
