I recently got a DM from a stranger that said i looked bored in my life. ..I had to read it a few times because I couldn’t understand how someone I don’t know would feel they had the right to say that. For a quick second I felt like I needed to defend myself . And then I remembered it’s not my job to explain my life or even “un- trigger” someone. I have no idea what this person was going through. But I did take a moment to reflect on life in this moment... Was I bored? Absolutely not. Was I tired? Absolutely . Was this season of life harder than I expected ? Absolutely. Would I change it? Absolutely not. Is watching Hayes change daily incredible? Absolutely. Do I miss the freedom I once had? Absolutely. Will we do this again? Absolutely ! And then I moved on with my day, as to not let it take anymore space in my present moment.
