Rouge is a mixed media art film that I’ve helped develop over the past 3 years. Its crazy to see it now finished and released into the wild for all you lovely people to watch and enjoy. During the production of this project we really wanted to be purposeful with our creative decisions. Every set you see in the film is a miniature, brain children of our director and hand crafted by our art team. Rouge contains elements of digital collage, stop motion, animation, and green screen composition. It’s a mixture of ideas, love, passion and creativity and I am so immensely proud of our team. It’s my deep desire that when you watch this film you feel the hard work of our cast and crew, that you cringe at the grotesque nature of our film’s world, and come away potentially inspired by what we’ve created.
