As someone who has eaten #overnightoats for a long time, I’ve found that they make a great bedtime snack as well—so here is my recipe for #latenightoats. Using Moon Milks from @clover.sonoma are a perfect way to not only add moisture and sweetness (they are sweetened with a small amount of honey), but they also bring with them #lavender (shown in some studies to promote sleep), #tartcherry (shown in some studies to promote sleep and reduce inflammation via melatonin and tryptophan) and #tumeric/ginger (inflammation/digestion). Adding the milks to dry oats is perfect by itself, but I like to add in some whey protein (prep for morning workout), collagen, chia seed and flax. Adding some extra fruit is always a positive and the different flavors pair well with blueberries (Blue Moon), tart cherries (Pink Moon), and ginger (Golden Moon).
