Stepping a little outside my comfort zone today. Raw marinated crab has always been one of those dishes I admire from afar... until now. I tried a Thai-style version first at @Sappeisan.nyc, sister restaurant of @Soothr LIC , and I’m surprised how jelly / mushy and creamy the texture is. This version is bold, intense, and definitely a sensory experience. Korean version, you’re next 🦀
