⚡️Hi, I just wanted to tell you all thanks for the encouragement and support you continuously show me with my businesses and art. ☝🏼The last year or 2 including the last 2 months have been both devastating and rewarding at the same time. Between all the deaths in my family, grieving over toxic “relationships” (and an old version of me), near death experiences, changing career paths (@healitfirst) and jobs, living out my dreams, meeting so many beautiful people and so on I am happy to say that the guy you see now is a new me. 🫶🏼If you’re going through something rough right now I want you to know that it’ll get better once you feel what you need to, heal and let things unfold. But you have to put in the work. 🧠Mental health, healing, therapy and self love/care is something I’m passionate about as it’s helped me evolve tremendously in ways I couldn’t imagine and it’s a blessing to be received so well for speaking my truth. I share because I don’t want people to have to go through what I have been through. One day I’ll write a book or something but none of what I do is solely for validation, attention and so on. ⚡️I genuinely want to build a community of aware, encouraging, inclusive, loving open minded individuals and I feel that happening in my life as things just unfold naturally. 🤌🏼So again if you made it this far in the post thank you!
