Happy Sunday!! It's been a little minute since I introduced myself and we're heading into a fun season with lots of new faces! Lauren Beesley Photography is my business, but it's also something that I feel deeply as a purpose too. . Here is a peek behind the history and current state of LBP: Photography has meant different things to me in different stages of my life. When I was little, I remember pulling giant photo albums from our bookshelf to look back at memories from not only my life, but also to see my parents and grandparents when they were younger! After I got my first real camera in middle school, I was the friend who took photos at parties and out on adventures. After college, I took my love for capturing memories beyond my own life and started photographing other people and their families. It's been about 8 years since that first practice family session with many many lessons and beautiful moments along the way, and I would have never imagined I'd be here now running a full time business with a commercial studio space and business partners AND I just hired a part time Studio Manager!! Whaaat?! I'm so thankful for the opportunity to not only provide for my own family as an entrepreneur, but also to now have the resources to help support other families through employment opportunities, and to be involved and give back to the community too. It's a wild and wonderful journey, and I take this responsibility so seriously and personally. . But what does that all mean for you?! It means that LBP is built to last, with years of experience and resources to help you feel confident and comfortable and valued and taken care of through every step of the portrait process. When you want a really special milestone captured, or want the opportunity to literally see yourself in your best light, I'm so ready for it, and I am so proud to be able to say that your support of this business reaches far more people than just me. I would love the opportunity to be creative with you and create photos that represent you in an individualized and timeless way.
