Niccy B (aka the Domestic Pragmatist) strikes again! This time talking drying clothes on the line - a topic very near and dear to @nbonython 🤣. I’m not sure if anyone hangs their clothes on the line these days (given the option I’d choose the dryer most days!!) but if you do, maybe there’s a few tips in here for you. 1. Peg the clothes on the line with minimal (if any) overhang. The overhang won’t dry. 2. Hang t shirts and other shirts by the bottom not their shoulders 3. Clothing must be the right way (not inside out) and folded off the line or it’ll crease (duh). And most importantly: everything must be given a couple of VERY HARD shakes prior to hanging - this means no ironing.
