The Mint Kitchen, once used to produce banknotes and coins, will now produce pure kitchen theatre, as we get to grips with the two live wood-fired grills now found in this space. These are an important new addition, and not just because we’re great enthusiasts of the tasty flavours a grill produces. It’s also because a South African grill, also known as a braai, is an integral part of the lifestyle in this beautiful country, and very much a part of our heritage.
