I did it! I completed my 100th SoulCycle class despite my knee injuries, tearing my meniscus, burning out from work and having irregular sleep schedules and traveling in and out of LA because of work. I’m so proud of myself for hitting this milestone because it’s really helped me love moving my body to feel good and to discard thoughts of trying to lose weight because everyone else told me to even though I love my body. Thank you to my body for supporting me through 100 SoulCycle classes during my time in LA.
